「Big room and good mattress only」

「Convenient location, nicely appointed room.」

The hotel is in a great location, very close to the train station and extremely convenient. 「Nice staff, with one wonderful birthday trip.」

「Undergoing refurbishment currently, older parts and rooms very dated and run down. Good location for first time in London. Public transport bit out of the way, bring good walking shoes unless you plan on calling for taxi or Uber all the time.」

Well, the rigidity of the staff clouded the judgement that we have not got the room to ask for an advance booking for the breakfast buffet. Wish...
