The hotel is located on the 12th floor of a shopping building. I would definitely stay here again. Our queen sized room was just the perfect amount of space for me and my teenager. "I found the hotel an excellent place to stay. Definitely would stay here again. The amenities were a welcome. Suggestions would be to list what and where certain amenities are, for example, laundry. Which is located on the first floor along with laundry baskets. A lot of information is available in the lounge/snack area on the second floor but a copy in each room would be welcomed. My only complaints would be the stepping in and out of the bathroom, the ledge could be marked better. Also, the rooms are not soundproof, which would have been okay, except the floor that I was on, eventually has a family or two, with kids running and screaming in the hall ways. During the day, it wasn’t such a bother but at 3am it got really annoying. Especially when it was happening every morning."
