「The lady at reception was very friendly and helpful. The lobby is beautiful a lovely restful atmosphere as soon as you enter. We had a very nice double room, balcony and bathroom. Everything was clean, tasteful and well thought out. Also, everywhere smelt so nice! Breakfast was very enjoyable. An excellent selection from yogurts to croissant and plenty of hot food too. I would highly recommend this hotel and hope to visit again.」

「I booked a twin room for 2 persons and only 1 bottle of complimentary water was given. I requested for 1 more bottle but the staffs said the rules did not allow. The room rate is more expensive for 2 persons per room than for 1 person per room, so it did not make sense. A bottle of water does not cost much compared to the room rate they charged. 「Positiv hervorzuheben ist die relativ zentrale Lage des Hotels. Die Altstadt und das Stadtzentrum sind gut erreichbar, was für einen Städtetrip durchaus praktisch ist. Leider kann das Hotel im Hinblick auf die Zimmer nicht überzeugen. Die Einrichtung wirkt insgesamt stark in die Jahre gekommen, die Möbel sind deutlich abgenutzt und die Zimmer erscheinen renovierungsbedürftig. Besonders enttäuschend war der Zustand des Bettes.
