Very nice and very close to the pier. Free breakfast was a plus. My room overlooked the street so could hear some noise from the markets at night, but it was not too loud.

This hotel was very nice. Felt upscale inside the rooms, had a great view of Sun-moon lake, and about 1 block away from the night market. Was a great bargain for such a nice room, and the owners are very child-friendly. Good breakfast as well.

Older hotel with a nice view of the Sun Moon Lake and the harbour square, great host/ hostess. Breakfast is included and quite nice. Rooms are not refreshed every day. The hotel is right on one of the shopping/food stands streets and we really enjoyed it.

Great choice for sun Moon lake
It’s a small family run hotel with very clean and spacious rooms. Excellent location with good local food around the area. Breakfast was excellent (Taiwanese style) with amazing view on the 7th floor.

Extra special service
By the end of our three night stay the hotel really felt like staying with a close relative. The staff went the extra mile by giving us some free tea and fruit for our special night up on the 7th floor balcony. After an amazing day tour I was in misery from multiple mosquito bites and the staff came to my rescue with some medicine you can't buy in town. Of course they were very helpful with local recommendations as well. Upon leaving we were given a thank you gift. Very happy with the hotel and service.

It is in Its Thao and is within 3 mins walk to the Ita Thao pier. At the hotel we are able to buy one day round trip NTD100 to get from pier to pier. The hotel is also at the centre of nite eateries and restaurants.

Relaxing Sun moon lake hotel
This hotel was clean and comfortable. It's in a good location walking distance from the pier and convenience stores. You have local food and vendors nearby. Despite overlooking the street, room was quiet.

Great location, friendly staff
Clean, large room in centrally located area. Front desk clerk spoke very clean English, and was friendly and courteous. I had a car and the parking lot was a 5-minute walk away. Breakfast on top floor with a good view of the lake. Enjoyed the stay very much. Went kayaking and watched performance about indigenous people nearby.

very good family hotel. very clean and very good breakfast. The lady owner was superb friendly and offered lots of helpful information. excellent location in old town SML surrounded by 6 lanes of nice taiwan local street food. Walk to nearby local bus stop that provide transport to Ci'en pagodas offering nice mountain top views of SML

Nice hotel with good view and conveniently located
The room was spacious and clean. It is conveniently located near the lake and shops selling food and things. The breakfast spread was good and food was warm and freshly prepared. You got good view of the lake from the cafe serving breakfast.

Good location
This hotel is right within where most of the shops and eateries are in the area. And right downstairs you'll find good food and shops to keep you occupied. The room is clean and is what you expect and need. And the staff are very helpful and friendly. We liked the breakfast spread of local fare and it's served on the top floor so you get a nice view of the lake.

Hotel was in a great location. We were lucky enough to get a room upgrade with a beautiful view of the lake. The room was large with lots of natural light. We had a balcony which was lovely overlooking the lake. The bathroom was also quite spacious. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. Would recommend this hotel.
