「First of all. Staffs are fluent in English. Good breakfast and dinner. Room are spacious and with onsen and balcony. Onsen is great and good temperature. Site are great overall.」

「The price is reasonable. Overall experience is ok. Free parking is available. The cats there are cute. Amenities are quite good as well. The Internet TV did not work, but the staff cannot anything with it. It’s not a big deal though. Meal time is quite limited. The hotel facilities are quite wore out, but it’s a 100 year plus premises.」

「Wonderful experience! The onsen was the perfect way to unwind, and the staff were wonderfully attentive. Although the cloudy weather meant we couldn't see the stars, the night tour was still an absolute blast. Looking forward to returning very soon for round two!」

「The house was prefect! The view from the house is magnificent! Check-in went smoothly. Host is helpful. I asked many questions before arrival to the house. Location is great for us, nice and quiet, but not too far from supermarket and tourist attractions (less than 5mins drive to Yunotsubo Street) . The place is clean and facilities are fully equipped. One downside - we thought we could bbq because there is an outdoor bbq place but actually it’s prohibited. My kids loved the house, so we will...

「If I could give this hotel zero stars, I would. This was by far the worst hotel experience I have had in all my years of travelling in Japan. The shower either had no water at all or only ice-cold water, and the water completely cut off while I was washing my hair. The room smelled disgusting and was clearly not cleaned properly. There was hair on the bed, the bathroom was dirty, the wallpaper was peeling, and the sink did not work properly. There were insects in the room, including a...

「Small BnB ran by one (two?) old ladies. Decent value for money at the expensive Yufuin region. Suitable for travellers that drive up. Dinner was fantastic for the price. Grill meat set dinner with decent portion of marbled beef. Rooms are well maintained and reasonably clean... obviously its in the countryside so you can expect some beetles, etc if you don't shut the window fully.」

「很好的酒店，乾淨，設施很好。地點方便，環境清靜，值得推介。」

「self online check in was very simple and efficient. the house was spectacularly clean and in a very quiet area; perfect for a weekend getaway however, the hotspring was not available and the sauna was only until 22:00 there was no curtains so the rooms were all bright when the sun started rising. kitchen was fully equipped. we were a family of 6; 4 adults and 2kids. but none of the equipments were for 6ppl; we found 5 pairs of slippers and 5 toothbrush only. 」
