The Space:
Apartment is ideal for a couple or a family. It is climatized by 3 AC units. As the apartment is insulated, it has a perfect room climate all year. It is perfect for holidaymakers, divers, hikers, climbers, and remote workers - even in winter. There's a Dolce Gusto coffee machine waiting for your morning brew – we'll provide a few complimentary pods to get you started!
Enjoy your stay with eco-friendly comfort. Our AC coin meter system is simple and sustainable: we've started you off with some initial credit, and to continue using the AC, just insert 1e or 2e coins into the meter. This system ensures efficient energy use and helps us to continue to take care of our islands.

There is a common entrance keybox for the main door.
Guests walk to the elevator and press 4 to get to the apartment.

This is a self‑check‑in holiday home. Your unique access code will be available in your Guest Portal once the eco tax has been paid and your Self Check‑In Form completed. Codes activate at 3:00 PM, our official check‑in time. If you’d like to drop off luggage earlier, send us a quick message and we’ll confirm if it’s possible, depending on our cleaning schedule. This is a very popular holiday home and our housekeeping team needs 5–6 hours to prepare the property to a high standard, so your understanding is appreciated. Once your booking is confirmed, our Guest Experience Team will be in touch and you can choose your preferred way to communicate with us; our phone number is also available in the Guest Portal if you’d like to speak to someone directly.
Submitting your eco tax online:
Eco tax, in line with Malta’s Environmental Contribution regulations, must be paid securely via our online payment link before arrival. A secure payment link is sent to you upon booking confirmation. For a smooth arrival, we recommend submitting your payment on the day you book, so you can then complete your Self Check‑In Form and gain access to our Guest Portal to start planning your stay.
