"The room was spotless and the shower hot and fast. Staff especially good - could not have been more helpful. Rose, the manager, and Eric the taxi/courier were amazing. 12m pool was clean and we had great swims and sunbathing in and around. Garfens really neat. Staff could not have been more accommodating."

"The hotel is not as 'glam' as you expect and most areas are rather dated and tatty (esp the room bathrooms). The room service menu is very limited and the eating areas are very old fashion. It's a great location, some lovely team (the barman up at the pool bar, and Emily in the spa is fab). But overall I was rather disappointed. Stay and see what you think, but the hotel needs to 'raise it's game' to keep people returning. Think it's riding off of an old reputation. "

"I stayed here by myself and it was the perfect location right by the falls entrance and you can walk to the cute shops in town. The people and staff were incredible , they had a great activities desk that arranged my airport transfers and activities that I wanted to do, and the rooms were very nice! The pool and outdoor eating areas were also incredible. Great staff and people and overall experience "
