“This hotel has been one of my favourites to stay in. Have told everyone about it and recommended it to anyone going to Prague. From the location right next door to the Metro station, to the beautiful hotel itself it does not disappoint.
The reception staff are amazing, especially a lady with brown hair - I didn’t catch her name but she will remember us as my husband wore shorts the whole trip! She was so friendly, helpful and polite and really helped to make our stay. Thank you!

“although the location of the hotel is a little bit far from downtown, the tram is near hotel so that it is still ok for me to travel in Prague everywhere from here.
Only 1 point I want to mention is the socket location, there is nothing near the desk. It is a little bit inconvenient for me if I want to use notebook in the room.
Others are ok including breakfast, staff manner, room cleanliness.”

“酒店離電車站一分鐘，其實一落車，上一小段斜路就到，好方便。酒店職員十分有禮，我行李延誤，俾左酒店地址航空公司第二日送去，第二日同酒店職員講左聲就出門，佢地都有幫我地留意行李到左未，到左仲送埋入房， 而且職員都熱心介紹附近啲大型商場俾我買衫（因為無行李無衫換）。酒店有免費早餐，但一啲都唔hea ,雖然歐洲啲早餐都係食包同腸同火腿果啲，但呢一間有炒蛋（超滑同好味），有大量生果提供（橙，吉，蘋果，香蕉，啤梨，梨，奇異果...），包都有超碼十款以上，同埋啲蛋同腸都refill 得好密。房內地方都ok ,最平兩人房都開到28寸喼，有電熱水煲（乾淨，無水垢漬），廁所都大同乾淨，花曬頭夠水壓同熱（冬天很重要）同埋夠勾掛衫，不過房內沒有拖鞋同牙刷，但呢啲一向都自備啦。以呢個價錢我覺得呢間絕對抵住啦。”

“I personally think it's totally worth it. The location is nice and the staff are also kind. They let me to put my suitcase so I can easily hang around the city. Breakfast is good too. The only thing to say is probably it's a bit inconvenient that I have to go to Golden city hotel to check-in and out and also have the breakfast. But it's not a big problem, I was quite enjoyed my stay!!”

“I would not stay at this property again. I found the property difficult to communicate with as they do not use the Expedia messaging service. They only respond to phone calls. The apartment is quite dingy with worn towels and mats, lots of little things that need repair, fridge is full of frost and old frozen food.
This could be a nice rental in an interesting Prague neighborhood if some care was taken with some upkeep. Management that we were able to contact was quite gruff. They did give very……

“I chose this hotel because it’s close to the train station, and getting to the main sights in Prague was super easy from here. It’s within walking distance of a few local pubs serving traditional Czech food (and full of locals, which is always a good sign!). The room was small, but since I only needed a place to sleep, it was perfect — and nice and quiet too. I’d definitely stay here again without hesitation.”

“Really nice apartment, clean with all the facilities you'd expect. There is no "reception" as it's an apartment, but the host communication was excellent. Everything ran smoothly, when we arrived (earlier than we had predicted), host was already waiting for us, really impressive service. Parking is underground, and we could come and go with our car as needed (we drove from the UK). Location is convenient for tram etc, there are stops really close by (although we didn't use the tram).”
