「Very disappointed. The property itself is nice. The rooms have spider webs. The hot water is hit and miss. Some days you get it and other days you don't. Breakfast is skimpy at best. There are 80 steps I had to take with two 20 kg bags. That is just insane. They don't tell you that at the time of booking. Also, the description of the Azul room is incorrect on Expedia. This room is NOT 568 square feet. Expedia shows free breakfast but the hotel wants to charge you for breakfast. Overall I would...

「Inchecking, was terrible. No room for early or late checkin regarding flight arrival or departure. They have communication through whatsapp, but much delay in response. They will reply, but there's nothing they're actually able to help you with. Bathroom is so small that you have to stand either in the shower or with one foot on each side of the toilet in order to close the door. 「This is not a quiet hotel. It is more of a B&B. It is a beautiful place, and the art installations are really interesting. The furnishings in the room are really cool and funky. The neighborhood is very quaint, and the end is close to cafés and bars and galleries. That’s the good. There are no staff on site after the afternoon. One night there was no hot water. 「Cleanliness throughout was the best part. My room was spacious. I did not like the local room at the front of the building. It was strangely noisy at night, with dogs barking and noise from karaoke club behind the hotel. All in all it was a good experience in the location, away from the hustle and bustle.」
