"Clean"

"The hotel itself and its staff are excellent—exactly what you would expect from a Hyatt property. Unfortunately, the parking operation is a complete contradiction to that standard. The valet and parking attendants are consistently rude, unprofessional, and unnecessarily confrontational. Simply trying to get picked up in front of the hotel turns into an argument. Instead of a smooth guest experience, you’re forced to either deal with attitude or walk out to the street and navigate active traffic just to avoid the hassle. What’s even more frustrating is the hotel’s response. When this issue is raised, management deflects responsibility by saying the parking company is a third party. That may be true contractually, but from a guest perspective, they are representing the Hyatt experience—whether the hotel acknowledges it or not. This disconnect between the hotel’s quality and the parking experience is significant and needs to be addressed. It’s disappointing to see such a well-run property allow an outsourced service to damage its reputation."

"Pool area was a lil small, but the overall hotel is Great. "

"Great hotel. Sofa bed mattress cover was dirty with food resíduo, however, staff was able to give me clean cover and linens. Parking available for $33 for up to 24 hrs. I’d stay there again. "

"We recently stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton and unfortunately had a frustrating experience overall. Check-in took much longer than expected due to a very long line, and there were no luggage trolleys available, which made getting our belongings to the room more difficult. Later, when we tried to purchase items from the Grab and Go area, we waited over 30 minutes in line despite only being third in line the entire time. There were only two attendants working, and the service was extremely slow. After finally getting to our room around 10:30 PM, things took a turn for the worse. When we went to adjust a lamp plug, we discovered the outlet cover was not properly secured to the wall. As soon as the plug was touched, the power for the entire room went out. This created a safety concern and left us in the dark. We were then forced to relocate rooms at around 11 PM, which meant packing up all of our belongings in the dark. To make matters worse, we had to wait in another long line at that hour just to get new room keys. Again, there were no luggage trolleys available, making the move even more inconvenient. Overall, the experience was disappointing due to poor maintenance, long wait times, and lack of basic accommodations like luggage carts. We expected a much higher level of service and efficiency."

"Roaches"

"Check-in was terrible. When I walked in, the man at the front desk was on a phone call. He looked up and barely acknowledged me before turning back to his phone call. When he finally hung up, he barely said anything to me. On paperwork, he pointed where I needed to initial and sign, and then didn't bother scooting it towards me. So I had to reach all the way across the counter to get the paperwork myself. He only gave me one room key, knowing there were two of us. After check-in was completed, he didn't tell me anything about the building, like elevator location, breakfast times or other amenities available. I had to ask where the elevator was. The lady I dealt with later (we were there 2 nights) was much more hospitable, but that man was terrible."

"My husband and I stayed here for the weekend while we attended a marriage conference in town. I really liked the black and white color scheme and various accents both on the exterior and in the interior. Our room was clean and the AC worked great. We had a King-sized bed and three pillows, which were clean. There were mounted dispensers for soap and lotion, but no towel rack for the hand towels and wash cloths. Also, the hotel provided K-cups for the little one cup coffee maker, but there's no puncture needle - so we had to open the K-cups and pour the coffee in the filter, which made a mess. The owners need to reframe the door to the room, as there is quite a space between the frame and the actual door. Even when the bolt is in place, you can see a nearly half-inch gap, allowing light and air through. Lastly, breakfast could have a little more variety, but I understand they may not have a full kitchen. Perhaps some boiled eggs or yogurt could be offered and placed in a crock/cooler. Overall, it was a decent stay for the price, despite overnight shenanigans with some crazy street racing and loud music. I don't the fault the hotel for that. I loved the lobby's ambiance and the staff were friendly to us. Thank you! "

"The worst hotel EVER! It honestly should be a MOTEL and or not partnered with Expedia. There was MOLD everywhere! Prostitution outside! Lobby stinks, so you already know the rooms were WORST! "
