"Did not have room that I reserved - at check in and didn’t apologize. Hot and cold water in sink is reversed. They will not give you coffee pods at front desk - you must call from room and wait 3 hours. Housekeeping is not done ever if you don’t ask and they don’t tell you this at check in. Guest laundry is one washer and dryer but the washer is ‘out of order’ "

"My only complaint was the traffic noise we heard from the 4th floor. For the price of the room, we shouldn't have had as much. Hearing cars literally racing on the highway at 2 am was not much fun. Other than that, the staff was awesome and the room clean. "

"General manager Tansha didn't do anything about my complaint except victim shame me.. Maintenance people kept flirting with me and trying to enter my room after hours without identifying themselves even though I had the do not disturb sign up. Food difficult to eat. Won't give you points if you don't book directly with them. Housekeeping staff seem to be overworked and underpaid. "

"Be aware that the property is right next door to a strip club, they charge for parking and don't tell you how much it is. The room was smaller than i thought it would be. There is a parking garage in the rear of the hotel. The shower/tub looked dirty, I don't know if it was just old. When I checked in there was no one at the front desk and I had to wait a while till someone came from the office. When the employee did check me in he didnt tell me what my room number was or did he write it on the cards till I asked. Then i had to ask him where I needed to go since I have never been there before. It was like he was clueless. I didn't like that it was an adjoining room and it would of been nice to be notified before hand to be given the choice. I didnt like the $2 each they wanted to charge me for the 2 bottled waters in my room, either give it for free or don't put it in the room. The bed was comfortable that was the only highlight. The employee at the front desk for checkout was friendly. "
