"workspace meet my needs. did not visit pool"

"I rated this hotel low because there is a thief amongst their cleaning staff. I checked in on 3/6 for the rodeo I placed my LV shades on the desk because we would be gone for the day and they weren't needed. 3/7 I didn't wear my shades because of overcast and just kept my prescription glasses on which had a transitional lens. I never took my shades out of the room. While packing my bags on 3/8 I noticed my shades were missing. I immediately searched the room as well as unpacked my luggage no glasses. I reported my missing item to the front desk and was meant with what felt like an annoyed assist manager. She suggested that I contact Carmen who is the Director of the cleaning staff. I emailed Carmen and explained my situation her response was they looked and didn't see my glasses. While I appreciate the response I never asked for a search to be conducted. My glasses was stolen out of my room. All I'm asking for is reimbursement for my stolen property. I spoke with the director of sales who kept implying that I lost my glasses and they can't a use their staff of stealing. Well they did. My glasses were stolen! He said he asked the staff and they said no. As if anyone will admit to a crime! This is an awful violation!"

" The check-in was fine. I was the only person in line so it was relatively quick. However, when I got to the room, I found that the security lock was missing screws and was loose, about to come off the wall. I was traveling with my child, so the moment we got to the room, she had to use the facilities. When I went back to the front desk to request a different room because the security feature was faulty, her first response shouldn’t be “our housekeeping isn’t available to clean the room” that I was just in because the toilet was used. I get it. An unused room for the day is a necessity. However, a faulty security feature isn’t a reason to tell a customer your housekeeping isn’t available. She provided us a different room….but I felt she was inconvenienced by the ask. The second room had a much better security latch. While in the room, the AC cooled the room remarkably fast….however, as the night went on, the AC would turn off. Now, some may say, the room reached the temperature and was in a “hold” status to restart when the got hot, going above the set temperature. That was not the case. Multiple times in the middle of the night I left bed to look at the temperature and it was “off”. "

"False Advertising= very dissapointed. The Deluxe room queen size bed images is incorrect. There is an image where there is a couch and TV in a seperate room divided from the bedroom by double doors. I can personally state that my room came with no such thing and I purchased that room in the impression that I would get that extra room. Breakfast was $18 per person and looked like a continental breakfast. We asked for robes, in person in the lobby, to be brought up and never arrived. The water in the shower smelled like the ocean in corpus. The check in staff was average. And I paid for Valet and all they did was park my car on arrival. I left 3 times during my stay and was given my key each time and I parked it myself. I was only “valet-ed” once. "

"What a complete trash hole! The water didn't work for 2 days which means the toilet didn't work for 2 days. When the water did it was brown. To not have a toilet working is completely disgraceful. Crack heads wandering the parking lot. The management are a-holes. I got charged when I booked my stay in January then they charged me again at the location. They refused to reimburse saying it's expedias duty but it's not. Couldn't be more dissatisfied. "
