es points positifs pour cet hotel : sa localisation au calme, avec plage et piscine, accès possible à Dubrovnik par bateau (100 kn À/R) ou par le bus 10 (50 kn À/R), de belles infrastructures communes et différents services proposés (minimarket, bureau d'excursions,...). Mais aussi du négatif : chambres désuètes et peu confortables (literie pas terrible, une seule prise dans les chambres,...), pas toujours bien entretenues (télécommande ne fonctionnant pas, sèche cheveux rafistolé au scotch), restauration de qualité très moyenne surtout pour le dîner, wifi aléatoire et uniquement disponible à la réception, femmes de chambre matinales et bruyantes... Bilan très mitigé donc.

Complesso turistico in via di ristrutturazione , buona posizione vicino all'aeroporto, a un quarto d'ora di taxi da Dubrovnik, mare splendido. Sicuramente da migliorare i servizi in spiaggia e soprattutto in epoca di internet la connessione WI-FI limitata al ristorante ed alla reception e perciò si sovraccarica.. Ma ho potuto provare anche la loro postazione fissa e andava lentissima. Personale cordiale e sorridente e preciso, pati a buffet più che dignitosi. Rapporto qualità prezzo del pacchetto direi più che buono.

Albergo gradevole con spiagge e piscina salata

Albergo molto carino, capiente ma non sovraffollato nonostante fosse agosto. Stanza pulita e servizi disponibili. Unica pecca il wi fi, che doveva esser disponibile in stanza, invece era usufruibile in reception e al risorante, dove spesso non funzionava. La piscina stupenda e anche le due spiagge adiacenti all'hotel.

Hôtel très mal exploité. Sera détruit fin 2016.

Dommage... hôtel très mal exploité malgré son grand potentiel. Personnel serviable malgré qu'il soit carrément exploité par leur manager, c une honte...Personne ne fait rien... De toute façon l'hôtel sera totalement rasé fin 2016. Question nourriture, très très passable jusqu'à ns servir de l'omelette fait avec des œufs en poudre, immangeable. Aucunes activités au sein de l'hôtel, rien d'étonnant avec du personnel démotivé, exploité et très mal rénuméré.

I was surprised to wake up in the middle of the night with no power in the room. Apparently they cut off the electric to the room, the fans the Ac, etc. during the night until 7am. I had to use the bathroom at 4am with the help of my cell phone flashlight.

Croatia in a word, fabulous. I had not been before and was really impressed with the scenery. I stayed at Plat, one of a number small resorts on this stretch of coast. I booked a shared transfer from the airport but I had a car all to myself so things got off to a great start. A couple of musts for visitors to this area, is a trip to Dubrovnic, where there is lot to see. The city is surrounded by a wall which you can walk around the top of, great for getting views over the city but do not leave it too late in the day to visit as it gets very hot. Just outside the walls get the cable car to top of mountain, great views and good restaurant for lunch. Another place to visit is Cavtat nice village, a number ok small beaches, with lots of eateries along mainly pedestrianized street looking across harbour. These are just two of the places I visited but there dozens of small towns, islands and not so far away, excursions to Montenegro or Mostar in Bosnia Herzegovina. All in all I had a good holiday, would certainly go again

We have just returned from our holiday which we thoroughly enjoyed restaurant the staff couldn't do enough for us need to be good waker but apart from this everything is in reasonable closeness to a bus route ,boats to different islands something to do all the time and so close to the beach

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage, leider ist der Zustand der Zimmer fragwürdig und die Sauberkeit der Zimmer ist auch nicht besonders. Alter schmutziger Spannteppich der gekehrt und nicht gesaugt wird!!..... Schmutzige Badfliesen am Anreisetag usw...

Hübsches Hotel, Zimmer nur oberflächlich geputzt,

>> Hotelanlage an sich ist schön gestaltet, trotz vieler Menschen findet man immer ruhige Ecken. >>Zimmer nur oberflächlich geputzt, schaut man in die Ecken findet man Zigaretten, Müll ect.; Während unseres Aufenthaltes wurde nur grobgesaugt, das Bad wurde nicht einsitziges mal geputzt; Wände sind recht dünn, bei Lauten Nachbarn hat man Pech; Klimaanlage war am tropfen, was dazu führte, dass der Teppich im halben Zimmer nass war und es unangenehm nach Feuchtigkeit roch (auch schon beim Einzug), nach mehrfachen Anfragen kam ein Techniker und sagte, er könne nichts tun, ein Zimmerwechsel war auch nicht möglich. Haben Die Klimaanlage nach dem 1. tag nicht mehr benutzt, aber der Geruch blieb trotz durchgehendem Lüften.; >> Essen: Frühstück hatte nicht viel Leckeres zur Auswahl; Abendessen: mal ungenießbar, mal ganz okey (wäre nicht sehr empfehlenswert) >> Personal: seeehr langsam, und nicht wirklich auskunftsfreudig bzw. hilfreich, sie kennen sich im Hotel super aus, was aber die Umgebung oder selbst Dubrovnik betrifft, sind die Kenntnisse sehr dürftig und manchmal auch falsch. >> Verkehrsanbindungen: empfehlenswert sind die Bote für alle die nicht seekrank werden, das diese recht klein sind schaukeln sie gewaltig. Mit Bussen kommt man auch gut voran, sie kommen ungefähr jede halbe Stunde (zur Mittagszeit auch alle 15 min.). Der Weg dahin ist aber lang!!!!! Wir hatten uns vor der Buchung extra im Hotel selbst erkundigt und es wurde gesagt max. 10 min. Das ist FALSCH. Das s
