Bath room sink was clogged.
Room cleaning was not done when I returned to the room on 3:45pm noting I left the room early 8am in the morning.
Wasted a lot of my travelling time by talking to the front desk on these issues back and froth.

Incredible location, close to everything. 3 restaurants next to entrance and many more in the area. The only inconvenience is the entrance is on pedestrian only street, so when you call a taxi or Uber, they will meet you across the busy street. Only some taxis break the rule and come to the door, but you never know. This is certainly not a deal breaker.
