It wasn’t the best building work was going on on our floor dust was everywhere as you would expect I had children one is asthmatic so they said they were fully booked and couldn’t offer us a different floor then they gave us a choice of a ten pound voucher to spend in hotel when we asked to buy soft drinks we were told no they wouldn’t take their own voucher no change of towels and coffee and toilet rolls not renewed in room

Our room was nice, staff was friendly. Hotel was close to a lot of stuff. Breakfast was good as well it was included in our stay.
