Location was wonderful, less than 10mins walk from Paddington station. The room was spotlessly clean. I also like the body lotion/hand wash and the shower gel/shampoo they provided which smell really nice. The room was very small though based on the price about 100 pounds per night but it’s London so it might be why. However, there was one thing which was slightly disappointing - the sound insulation was really poor and I could hear people in the next room talking on the phone. If you don’t want to wake up early it’s also quite disturbing when it gets to about 8.30am or 9.00am, you can hear a lot of door closing and luggage moving. Ambulance on the street could also be so clearly heard like there’s no walls at all.

I ordered superior room from 28/4 to 4/5. So far, the staffs were very helpful and friendly that I have ever seen. However, the assigned room was not like the room’s description posted at their Langham hotel official website. They mention that the hotel room features large picture windows, plenty of natural daylight, and a gorgeous courtyard or city view. But, my room did not have any view. It has faced to so dirty roof top. I never open the window during my holiday. I was very disappointed I paid so much money for about 6 nights but resulted I got the room with such bad view. Could you please check if they provided the incorrect room type for me?

We stayed at A Taj Hotel for three nights and overall felt very satisfied. The room was spacious, well-equipped, and had a prime location. The hotel staff were very friendly and friendly. If I come to London again, I will definitely choose this hotel.
