「Paid for an ocean view and received a marina view which is partial. I was given a key and someone's had their things in the room. Went back and was given a room 2 doors down ,Still not an ocean view& Was told the hotel was booked for the night and I could be moved by 2pm next day. The next day I was moved to the seacliff tower ,over the pool and the room smelled like spilled coffee in the restroom, dirty towels, long strands of hair on the floor. 「We were so fortunate to have found this beautiful timeshare at the Ritz-Carlton Club Residence. We stayed in a 3 bedroom/ 3 1/2 bath residence that was very clean and most importantly it was a much welcomed air conditioned place. The pools were so nice and clean and right outside our place.
