Our room had a side view of the promenade/beach which we knew before we stayed, next time we will book earlier to obtain a room with a sea view, the room was spotless-thank you to the lady who looked after it. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. We had no cpmplaints whatsoever.

On arrival we were given the wrong room. I walked in to be welcomed by a naked man. I had my 2 young girls with me. It then took another 30mins to get us another room. The kitchen was clean but the floors and underneath the beds were filthy the bedroom light didnt work the curtain was broken and ...
