Yucatan Peninsula Beach Holidays

As soon as you walk into the resort it smells very clean and greeted by friendly staff. Our room was very clean with a great view. The food selection was nice and we enjoyed the coffee shop in the morning and every evening. Thank you to the friendly staff that made our stay more enjoyable!

I had a great time on this trip. I was traveling with friends and family and everyone had a great time. The hotel was shutting down for a remodel 2 days after we left, but they were operating at peak efficiency. There was no degradation in service or amenities. I have stayed at several Riu properties and the brand has consistently met or exceeded my expectations

Beach and pool was amazing! The rooms were very clean but very noisy! We were on first floor and heard all activities from the lobby. Music people cheering .

I went with a friend and her kids. Our kids had an amazing time. The staff was amazing. The property is fun. The beach not so much a lot of seaweed but doable.

We received great service from the first day we got there. The food was great. The pool areas were nice. Our room was clean and the ocean view was perfect. My husband and I took our moms and they are hard of walking, they had no problem getting around and had a great time. We will definitely book again.

Our view from the 10th floor, Preferred Club room was stunning. Best food we ate was breakfast at Olios-French Toast. Drinks, meh....Patron was not visible, had to ask for it repeatedly, it seemed to be put away. Havana Club always had about an inch in the bottom of the bottle. Top Shelf liquor was hard to come by. Resort was clean, our room attendant did a great job. Overall vibe was okay. Abraham at the Preferred Club Pool was a Rock Star ⭐. Other than him, no one else stood out . I read there are Butler's, I personally never met or saw one Benn there done that, Will NOT return to Secrets Mirabel.

The staff were so kind and attentive. The drinks were good and the resort had a lot to do.

Everything was pretty good except the service at this place. The service is very slow very very slow. It will take a long time to get drinks and food and restaurants. Reservations are bad. Each restaurant can only serve 6-7 tables at a time.😤

It was really clean and everyone was so helpful and nice really close for shopping I love it I highly recommend
