Overall, the hotel was great; however, the bed is extremely firm, and the pillows are extremely deflated and flat. The room is extremely hot. When I inquired, the front desk stated the heat and AC in the rooms are all turned off because it is winter; therefore, there is no option to control the temperature in the room. They provided a fan, but it was useless and would automatically shut off after an extended period. I wish I could have controlled the temperature in the room or been notified ahead of time, then I would have reserved a different hotel.

The staff is super helpful. Great location! I wish that they could have charging panel beside the bed instead of on the desk. The charging panel is compatible for iPhone original plug, but the wall socket is not. You can find the adapter at the convenience store in the lobby

I stayed 4 nights Vista Walkerhill Hotel in Seoul. It was wonderful and both my husband and I were satisfied in most ares. It cleaned, all staffs are friendly. I stayed in Han liver view side. It gorgeous views and especially sunrise. The buffets (breakfast and Dinner) are also wonderful that I enjoyed. Only one thing short is no good restaurant near the village. It was my first time staying in Jeju City. Customer service was excellent.
