Staff were wonderful and so nice. The room was clean and had a great view. This was my first trip to Japan and the hotel could not have been in a better spot. Shinjuku Sanchome station and higashi shinjuku station were both within a few minutes walking distance. 10/10 would stay here again.

This was a perfect area for exploring Tokyo. The hotel is near the Shinjuku Station where you can connect to trains, subways Nex train to airport. It is a very vibrant area with lots to do nearby. The hotel is beautiful. The staff’s very courteous. Amazing customer service. Breakfast buffet wa amazing. Would definitely stay here again.

After reading some of the negative reviews I was a bit worried, but in the end it was a pretty positive experience. Yes check-in is a bit laborious and the decor is a bit dated but the rooms were clean.
Pro-tip - upgrade to larger room on an upper floor it is worth it. The extra money means still is a good deal.
