Very nice hotel and close to everything especially the iidabashi train station. Quick and easy walks back and forth and in the middle of major areas. One way always took us to shinjuku and shibyua area and the other direction took us to Akribara and Asakasua. (Sorry for spelling) restaurants and shopping and many other things right there near the hotel. Another great area known as little Tokyo is Kagurazaka which is right outside of the iidabashi train station heading towards canal cafe which is a wonderful place for views and a quick bite or coffee or drink.

Great location, 5min walk to train station & lots of convenience stores, shops and dining close by. Hotel was beautiful and clean and staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The minute we arrived they helped with our bags and our room was already available at 10am! Our room was also super clean, comfy and unique with a bunk bed and a seating area. My son loved the snacks they provided in the lobby. My only complaint is that there is a laundry room on the 4th floor but really hard to snag an empty one since there are only 2 and clothes don't dry very well. I ended up having to walk to a laundry mat 8min away. Other than that, I would definitely stay again!!

I accidentally left my bag in the cab while I am going to the airport and it was returned to the hotel. The hotel staff went above and beyond by going to my drop off location to find me. Very grateful for the actions.

The room was clean and well stocked with amenities. The staff is unbelievably attentive. It is very centrally located to great shopping and eating. We have stayed here as a couple and with family and we have all love this hotel. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious. The staff is amazing.
