"We booked this hotel a couple weeks ago. After driving 4 hrs with an 8 month old baby, we arrived to a hotel that was not even open. The sign said the hotel was closed due to Covid. There should’ve been communications that this hotel was temporary or permanently closed"

"The hotel was nice. We were pleased when we arrived. Couple of things that we felt ot needs improvement are we’re the steps into our room. It is not a normal step and I was coming in with an ankle injury. It was kind of a high step for someone to get in I don’t know how some of the elderly or handicap ..."
