"Amazing "

"The location and airport shuttle were beneficial. One driver chose light classical music, which was very relaxing. Another driver may not have realized the importance of a calm environment for travelers. The radio was loud with commercials and jarring music. We tipped accordingly. Didn’t see the breakfast but it was à la carte. The female staff on the phone, and in person, were rather inhospitable. The managers were the outstanding exceptions, as was the pleasant man who checked us in. The hotel is in a state of physical refurbishment. Once the staff is likewise improved, it will garner additional stars."

"Marielle is soo great! My kids and I had an absolute fantastic time. Everything was perfect. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was warm and clean. I liked the fact that they have showers. Breakfast next-door was delicious. It was just a great experience."

"Stayed on room 511 on top sounded like dragging stuff all night I called front desk they said they " will " call them, noise continued we had a 5 year old and 4 month baby she didn't sleep."
