My shower had hard water stains on the glass and the shower head which isn’t difficult to clean! I requested that they re-clean it but all they did was replace the towels & remake the bed. My mattress was lumpy but otherwise the room was comfortable. The people at reception & the doorman were extremely friendly & welcoming.
