Great location, close to Earl’s Court Station, with restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The free laundry facilities were also a nice bonus. The room was average in terms of cleanliness — not dirty, but not particularly spotless either. The staff were generally polite and helpful, but I didn’t really feel welcomed. The service felt more functional and transactional rather than warm and genuinely hospitable. One morning-shift staff member also came across as particularly serious and strict. The biggest issue was the noise. My room was on the ground floor, this may be different upstairs, but every morning around 6:15am, I could clearly hear staff vacuuming outside and talking loudly. There were also repeated loud banging sounds, followed by another round of vacuuming around 8am. It was extremely difficult to sleep. I found it confusing that the laundry has restricted hours of 9am–9pm for noise reasons, while vacuuming and loud conversations started shortly after 6am. I also wish I had known before booking that there is no housekeeping during the stay. We stayed for six nights without the room being cleaned, and guests need to empty their own rubbish. Toilet paper, bin bags etc. also need to be collected from the office. This may be normal for this type of accommodation, but I had not experienced it before and would have preferred to know in adv. The location is great, but the noise, no housekeeping and lack of warmth in the service, would not stay here again.

The hardware is nice, location is perfect and generally staff were helpful. But housekeeping is a bit hit and miss. Eg They never showed for turn down, and they ask you to order breakfast with the card but never provided a card. Some items (that are complimentary) were replenished whilst others were not. But overall a great hotel and I would stay here again.

Great stuff . Great Food and drinks . But Rembertów that is the hotel for hobbits. Suite is 20 sqm . Bathroom is 0,5 m wide. Good luck
