Me gustó la piscina. No me gustó el cuarto porque no cumplió con mis necesidades de accesibilidad según mi reservación y especificaciones en la reservación. En el momento de mi llegada (check in) tuvimos que esperar hasta las nueve de la noche para ocupar el cuarto. Me cambiaron el cuarto en dos ocasiones y recoger mis pertenencias en dos ocasiones también. Al no tener acceso de mobiliario en varias ocasiones mi esposa se cae con probabilidad de agolpearse.
