It was amazing! Super convenient to transportation! There was a mall right next to it as well. Suler friendly staff as well. It was so quiet and clean so it was good for families! I would totally stay again! Oh and a coin laundry and drying.

Very pleasant stay. The hotel has everything, including own onsen that we used every day after skiing. Amazing staff. Very friendly. Shuttle bus to and from skiing is limited hours but very efficient. Hard to get to shops or restaurants if you don’t have a car, but there were a few restaurants offering pick up so it worked well. The hotel, as well has a very nice restaurant. Hotel helped with ski rental too which was amazing.

This hotel was super convenient. Ski-in, ski-out. Onsite ski rental with storage locker. Nice onsen. Great restaurants - the buffet was amazing with lots of variety and delicious choices. Room was clean. Would definitely stay here again.

To get to hotel requires carrying luggage up stairs using the underground pathway. It was really convenient but they need to put a sign to point in the direction of the hotel.

Very good service. Facilities were great. Room was spacious. It was a little bit longer to walk to the hotel. There were 4,5 APA hotels near by and it was confusing to find the right one.
