Staff were courteous and helpful.
Room was spacious, luxurious and spotless.
Food at breakfast and lounge access were delicious.
Spa on the top floor was very good although crowded in the evening.

One of the best hotels you can stay that is just minutes away from Sapporo station and the huge underground mall. Also, it's buffet breakfast with its free flow salmon, tuna, scallop and SALMON ROE is the reason why I keep coming back to this hotel
