I love the room and paid for the upgrade this time. Walking up and down the hills takes endurance, but it's good excercise. The staff is always friendly. I gave a 4 because I'd like more activities or entertainment. Also, the spa service I booked wasn't available when I was scheduled. A heads-up would have been nice, as I stayed at the resort for the appointment. Lost half a day that could have been an excursion. This was my 2nd stay and I do plan on returning again.

The staff was sooooo friendly and our rooms were SPOTLESS. Gift shop on site was as good as going out shopping around… and the market ..."
