The Kempinski Jakarta is a great place to stay. The staff are very professional and make you feel welcome. The facilities are excellent and the breakfast superb. It's very well located with direct access to the Grand Indonesia Mall. It's close the the MRT and to a Transjakarta bus route.

A hotel that actually fits its five star rating. Excellent quality accommodation, rooms and common areas. Can select from a wide range of breakfast buffet options. Most noticeable was the excellent customer service, prompt responses to requests and amazingly friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely look to stay again.

Nice and clean, very spacious room with kitchen and washing machine, Living room and Office room, perfect scenario for business trip. There is shopping center in the tower and a lot of restaurants and cafes outside. Many Malls and attractions nearby walking distance. Staff are amazing and friendly. Loved the experience.

I really enjoyed my stay at AYANA Midplaza JAKARTA. Everything from check-in to checkout was smooth, and the service felt top notch the whole way through. The highlight for me was definitely the gym—it was surprisingly comprehensive for a hotel, with plenty of equipment to keep up my usual routine. Rooms were comfortable, the hotel was well-kept, and overall it felt like a great mix of comfort and quality. Would absolutely stay again!
