Alaya resort in Ubud is an excellent 5 star resort in the center of town. big clean rooms,nice pools,excellent breakfast and top notch services. Only complaint is check out was long and the young lady did not follow the queu formed in helping the process leaving us frustrated.

The place was exactly as described. It was recommended to me by a friend and I’m so glad that I decided to stay there. It’s one of the nicer places within Ubud in the staff went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay.

The villa was absolutely beautiful. Spotlessly clean and just wow as soon as you walk in. The staff are the most friendly and helpful people I have ever met. Most amazing place do not hesitate to stay here

It was a great experienced . The customer services are superb. Especially to Arini & Mr Lapu lapu”Aris”.The Villas itself are superb although looks historic in style.Definitely, I will comeback to stay again if I will travel to Indonesia .Food, spa , place for me 5star.

We forgot multiple items in the shower on the hanging line. We were grateful the resort checked the room as we were leaving and collected our items for us. The service was excellent across the resort and we were well taken care of everywhere.

Staff were amazing rooms were cleaned daily and the breakfast was great

Beautiful beach, friendly and helpful staff, delicious breakfast and dinner! We were upgraded to a villa with a private pool which was amazing! I had two massages with Pri. Best massage ever! Highly recommend!! My husband had a massage therapist that he really liked named Dewi. I would definitely stay there again.

Staff were amazing! Our 5th time staying at the Westin and are coming back again later in the year we love it so much. Only downside of our stay this time around was the construction noise but this can only be heard by the beach or pool and you adapt to it. The renovations they are undertaking look great and will certainly be worth it though I think.

Most amazing property we have stayed at. It was so serene and unbelievably beautiful. The attention to detail in everything we experienced was unmatched. The food was incredible, the staff was incredible the whole experience was incredible. I will be dreaming of this place for years to come.
