這酒店整體上都滿意，前台職員都很親切和有好的服務態度，而清潔房間的姐姐更是有善和打掃整潔，缺點就是房間整體的光線較為昏暗，不理想。而我們住的305房間內的淋浴間及坐厠間天花上的抽氣扇是故障，不能抽走臭氣，酒店只提供了一瓶空氣清新劑作闢走臭味之用，所以我們都無奈接受，希望酒店應該加強維修這方面的服務。
