Everything was wonderful for service. All staff especially Andreaia were spectacular. Bed wasn’t comfy and soundproofing to the hallway needs improvement.

Hotel is very clean and has a luxury feeling. Staff are very polite and helpful. An amamzing hotel to stay at, near Waterloo station and near the london eye and big ben. Would definitely recommend this hotel!
