New hotel, clean and quiet room. Staff. Including trainee staff, restaurant waiters and waitresses, very friendly and considerate. Location is absolutely convenience, you can’t complaint a hotel which stations at the heart of the shopping area and at the same time on the top of the subway station.

酒店服務非常好，位置極佳，交通十分方便，酒店接駁地下鐵，去天神及其他地方十分順利，房間也大十分舒適很整潔，尤其員工服務很好，下次一定會再次入住！

Only 1 min walk to the subway station. Can find all sort of food within 5 min walking distance.

因之前颱風而冇去呢間酒店今次第一次去福岡再選擇返呢一間酒店，去到都有啲失望😞酒店房門口位置頂上出風口罩突然掉咗下來，回來返酒店房開門時＇開不到要找酒店人員問點解都答唔到？之後都肯幫我換房 處理都好快，同附近交通都方便

酒店地點近博多車站，如回程行去搭機場巴士都好近；房間面積夠大；日用品齊全，可在大堂自取，沒有樽裝水，但在走廊有提供斟水機；風筒好好用，夠力，輕身👍；沖涼房花灑都係同一牌子，水力夠，都係值得一讚；員工態度有禮，臉掛笑容，向前枱多取一個枕頭，該前枱職員會送上房間；酒店有一缺點是床褥太軟，瞓得唔係太好；總結是好評的，下次會再優先考慮入住這間酒店。👍👍👍👍
