Staff courteous , could use a little upgrade ( furniture etc). Onsen excellent, breakfast very good, could use some broader choices. Must specify on the website that skiing at Niseko Village, Grand Hiarfu, there is NO free shuttle offered by the hotel

Enjoyed the lavish buffet spread with fresh sashimi and international food! Great private onsen. Friendly staff. Only one small downside is traveling with kids we can’t sleep together as have to split to two bedrooms and it’s separated by a wall. And also have to travel abit for dinner

This hotel has a very good location - it’s a ~10-15min walk to the closest ski lift and plenty of restaurants, food trucks, and convenience stores nearby. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. They are english speaking which made the whole experience much easier. They provided us with recommendations of the area and also helped us coordinate the ski lift passes beforehand, so we were able to receive it upon check-in. They also helped us book the shuttle to the airport for our check out day which made transportation less stressful. The hotel is fully equipped with all your skiing needs. There is a locker space in the basement and the room itself has a laundry with plenty of space to hang your gear. We had the 2bedroom unit for 3 people and it was very spacious to allow for all our luggage. One downside for us - you can hear people outside on the street pretty clearly until around 11pm or 12am. The surrounding area gets pretty busy.

Great ski in / ski out option at Niseko Village. Many restaurant options in the hotel and at the little village close by (Niseko-Yo). It’s about a 25 minutes shuttle ride to Hirafu Village (main village with restaurants, bar, convenience store…). Large rooms perfect for a ski trip. The hotel is comfortable, but it feels a little outdated and could use some modern updates.

This hotel was super convenient. Ski-in, ski-out. Onsite ski rental with storage locker. Nice onsen. Great restaurants - the buffet was amazing with lots of variety and delicious choices. Room was clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything related to the hotel was ok, but the problem came when I did the check in, it looks like on the web site when I choose my kids age they were considered as kids since they have 15, 13 and 6 but when I did the check in at the hotel they disagree on this and they asked me to pay more money even when my reservation was full paid. The wors was when I contacted Expedia they told me that there's nothing they can do so I have to pay, so be careful when you select how many adults are going with you because kids between 12 to 17 years old are considered adults and the app is not doing it. So again the hotel was great but the service from Expedia on this situation was horrible.

Good for skiing and snowboarding, but relative expensive for overall experience.
