Los cuartos excelente su limpieza, muy buena la atención del personal un buen comentario y muy atenta la señora tú del quid De la Villa 98 fantasía, todo requerimiento en la habitación era muy ágil y efectivo.

The entertainment staff was great!!!

Our room was very nice, we had the suite with the living room and very large balcony. It was very private and spacious. The towels in the room were old looking, they were clean but they definitely need to update them. We weren’t given any hand towels or washcloths. We called and they brought 2 hand towels and no washcloths. Service was extremely inconsistent, we didn’t get a butler, other people did. During check in, we noticed other people that were checking in were given a tour of the property, we were taken to a staircase and told your room is up there. We were also told to go to the restaurant at 9:00 in the morning to make dinner reservations. Which we did, later we overheard people talking to their butler about making reservations which he did for them. Later in the week we discovered a screen in the buffet that you could make reservations, so we used that. Service at the buffet and bar were touch and go, the bar took a long time and it wasn’t that busy and if you wanted a drink when you went to the buffet, even water, sometimes they’d come over, other times they didn’t or they’d take your drink order and never come back, very inconsistent, same with the pool service.This resort is very quiet, which we liked. There was no bar to sit at which I found strange. The grounds are lovely,we walked to the beach every day instead of taking the shuttle. It’s very safe. The people working at the resort were very friendly. I just think they need to work out a few things.

Attention, good food, cleanliness and friend family environment

I just got back from this establishment and here are the pros and cons Pros very clean resort, attentive, relaxing Cons most not all workers didn’t seen very friendly, even if you were tipping well you never really got any better service if you weren’t tipping Buffet was ok, not the worst but not the best. If you were eating fish I would highly recommend eating at the al carte not the Buffett as my partner got sick and threw up every time she ate fish at the buffet. Depends on what you are looking for it may be the a right fit or bad fit Young family and elderly would more than likely like their stay. If your a couple looking for more lively experience it is not the resort for you Overall I don’t believe I would go back to the Dominican.

Food was ok the room didn’t have any shower pressure or hot water all week we had to take cold showers and the towels in the room were always an issue. Services at restaurants are very slow. Good vacation but not running back

Questionable freshness and clearness of food served even in their best restaurants. Many people in our group got stomach problems, including us.

Room wasn’t what was shown on the internet, it wasn’t clean . Staff was decent but housekeeping was horrible no face towels and again wasn’t clean
