The front desk staff were kind and approachable; they answered every question I had patiently, even about local tourist spots. The room was impeccably clean—crisp bed sheets, a spotless shower area, and a clean window with a clear view. I’ll definitely be back on my next visit to the city!

I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t be happier with the experience! The check-in process was incredibly fast—there was no long wait, and the staff at the front desk guided me through every step smoothly. They were so friendly and helpful, answering all my questions with a warm smile, which made me feel welcome right away. What impressed me most was the cleanliness of the room. Every corner was spotless, from the fresh linens on the bed to the tidy bathroom. It’s clear the hotel takes great care in maintaining a hygienic environment. very good in all area

外觀很漂亮，可惜日久失修，牆紙脫落，燈都壞了幾個。房間好暗，還好可以看到湖邊。地方太大了，房間到大堂要走很遠

冷氣完全唔掂，無論我教到幾多度，間房依然都係25度，好熱。有問到職員，職員話中央冷氣，我教到12度都無用。所以夜晚瞓得勁差，不停熱醒。而家咁熱天氣，點解唔可以俾到客人舒服休息溫度。
