The checkin process is a real pain. Had to provide photo id of every adult weeks in advance or the booking would be cancelled. The accomodation was good and the location is great.

Only had 1 light switch for all the lights. So the bedroom ceiling light was on when all the living/dining room lights were on. Also no dimmers, so glared bright lights or nothing.

The location was excellent.
The reception staff were friendly and helpful.
The bathroom walls and entry door handles were visibly dirty and needed thorough cleaning to make guests feel welcome and comfortable.
The hand basin and bathtub plugs were missing.
The cold tap at the hand basin was very hard to turn on and off, and no matter how tightly it was turned off, the water kept dripping.
Both bedside lights were not working.
The TV controller didn't work, and the reception staff replaced it.
When I reported the above-mentioned issues, I was told the maintenance staff were aware of the leaking tap and broken bedside lights and would repair them after the weekend, during my stay.
However, these simple repairs never happened during my stay.
The hotel room I stayed in was not fit for the purpose, and I feel I'm entitled to some refund.
