The first room that I was given, smelt terribly of cigarette smoke when I entered. I opened the balcony door to get some fresh air into the room. I very quickly closed the door again, as there was a pile of cigarettes butts in the middle of the balcony. I went down to the reception area to inform them of the situation. They very quickly & most apologetically gave me a much better room.

A comfortable stay, some freebies with refreshments in the room was a nice surprise. Clean and comfortable. Only issue was that was one lift was out and at times the wait for a lift took a while. A good stay overall!

Lovely place to stay in Melbourne. Comfortable rooms with sink in and relax king size beds. Clean and tidy room and bathroom. Loved the roof top terrace. Helpful and very friendly and efficient staff. Perfect position close to fabulous restaurants. Adjacent to the Theatre District at the top end of town. Cannot fault the hotel and would definitely recommend to my friends and family.
