Lower Manhattan All inclusive Holidays

Staff really nice, room size big. The hotel feels like it's being left to fall apart as it's going through a sale. Restaurant is closed, carpet and furnishings old, air conditioning has to be turned off as it makes a loud ringing noise, windows are dirty. Good location but stay away if you want anything more then just a place to rest your head

Good stay in a great location, nothing too notable

The ONE great thing about this hotel is the staff. CAUTION: Take the bad reviews about noise and heavy vibration VERY seriously. I did not seek a new room because I spent my wakeful hours wishing I'd read all the negative reviews before booking. The issue exists regardless of floor. Yeah, they'll respond with "had we known we could have responded". They KNOW, and they clearly don't care. Its a known issue. The sound is as obnoxious, strident and grating as an idiot who drives around town with a woofer blaring in their car - only this lasts ALL night! Ear plugs and a pillow over your head won't help. It's not just the clubs, but the acoustics in general from people walking and talking loudly through the halls in the middle of the night, to noise from neighboring rooms. I could hear the squeak from someone wiping fog from the mirror like I was in the room! A hotel has a simple job - shelter and comfort! The PUBLIC rather focuses on pushing out their restaurants, bars, nightlife and events with Instagram moments styled at every turn. But you will NOT sleep any night their clubs are open.
