Overall the hotel was clean and staff were nice. The food at the buffet isn’t fresh. There wasn’t a lot of variety. To access their restaurants yiu must reserve 24 hours in advance and when I was there everything was booked! So in terms of food I wasn’t pleased but one of the staff made an exception and allowed us to try one of the restaurants. Beach had seaweed so we didn’t swim there!! It’s an ok hotel won’t go again to this one. I had higher expectations for the price

The property was beautiful. Swim up bar & pool area was excellent. Resort staff were friendly upon arrival. Information was missed during check in because the Vacation timeshare ppl was in a rush to sell vacation shares, the front desk clerk could barely finish providing all information for the resort. We wasn’t able to eat at any restaurants on site because we didn’t get informed of having to make reservations 48hrs prior. The breakfast food was great. Lunch & dinner buffet wasn’t the best to my liking.

We came with a large group of 30 people. The food in the main buffet is the best. The steakhouse was the worst. The Italian restaurant was just OK. And the Japanese restaurant was just OK. I really like the party team that they have to hype up the crowd and do exercising and dancing. Every day was something new. My only complaint is that they have a beautiful Piano thst they only let hired staff from the hotel play. Even as I explained that my son is a professional musician. I wish they would let Other guest play the piano. As a courtesy. Even though it was all inclusive the staff do expect tips and I unfortunately didn’t walk with any cash.
