Guys don’t do it! There are far better hotels out there. Maybe we came at a bad time. But their buffet was down for remodeling, the servings of food they served were super tiny and they would get mad if you wanted like 3 or 4 more plates. The kids pool was very dirty with algae and debris. The food selection was not the best. As a family that likes to eat fresh on the beach, they didn’t have many varieties of fruits and vegetables. I don’t normally leave poor reviews I think on a personal level, we had fun because it’s all an individual perspective, we wake up and are thankful and it’s great. But having stayed at other hotels, this one I would not recommend. Their staff was not on the same page about things, one would tell us we can get late check out and when the day was coming up and we want to ask apparently they didn’t want to honor it. The entertainment staff never played volleyball after I asked every day for a week. Overall would recommend you check other options ! Trust me ! And the beach was really rough! High waves which I didn’t mind but rough for small kids. But there were some great people nonetheless! Jose from the pool was amazing, Manuel from the dining was excellent. Yameli from dining was outstanding. I expected more for the money I paid. Disappointed and won’t be coming back

General cleaning and staff were great. Food was limited. The app they require you to use for reservations doesnt work. According to some staff a lot got moved to the GR solaris from royal solaris. Seems like they dont really care about a lot of the functions at royal solaris anymore.

Queremos agradecer a Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach por sus excelentes servicios y hacer de nuestra estadía una experiencia inolvidable. Nos quedamos con el bello recuerdo de todas aquellas personas que nos brindaron su excelente servicio y atención y que ojalá se repita pronto ya que da gusto regresar a un sitio tan especial y familiar. Excelente ubicación, área muy segura, La comida fue excelente no tenemos nada que decir todo fue súper delicioso, los cuartos súper amplios y limpios todo el tiempo con el servicio de las chicas que limpiaron todos los días, las piscinas limpias y grandes y la playa maravillosa al igual que todos los chicos que trabajan en esta área. Un excelente equipo y una excelente estancia con Uds. Gracias Carlos, Gilbert, Fernando (piscina y playa), Mauricio (Botones), Salvador, Jahdiel y sus compañeros (Buffet). Iñaki y Fernando(Steak house). Y muchos nombres que no recuerdo pero quienes nos atendieron maravillosamente gracias por sus excelentes servicios. 100 de 100 para Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach.

Great staff super helpful and personable entertainment staff. Jose came to find us everyday ! Food was some of the better resort food in the area that’s we’ve had. Preferred club restaurant has the best quality and options. We’d come back

An Exceptional Experience at Ocean Rivera Paradise Resort Our experience at Ocean Rivera Paradise Resort was truly exceptional, and a huge part of what made our stay so memorable was the incredible team. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth, professionalism, and a level of hospitality that made us feel truly valued. The front desk clerk was wonderful — professional, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a sincere smile. She immediately created a feeling that we were not simply guests, but truly cared for. Our bellman, was incredibly helpful and accommodating. His attentiveness and friendly personality made every interaction pleasant and effortless. At Blue Moon Restaurant, our waiter, and hostess, stood out for their exceptional service. They were attentive, personable, and genuinely passionate about making every dining experience special. Their enthusiasm and attention to detail were evident, and it was clear that they truly enjoy what they do. The Guest Experience team — Deserves special recognition as well. They went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect. Their warmth, attentiveness, and willingness to accommodate made us feel incredibly blessed throughout our stay. Our massage therapists, provided an experience that was both professional and relaxing. Their skill, care, and attention made the massages great! We left with wonderful memories.
