Cute little place. Very comfortable. Kitchen with laundry. Well stocked, even included tea. Nice bathroom, quite spacious. Great location just off the royal mile. Questionable elevator... It worked but no lights and was very slow.

We had a wonderful, large room looking over Princes Street. We stayed in February which meant that the rate was very reasonable. We visited the in-house cinema one night - this makes this hotel pretty unique. We would definitely stay here again if coming to Edinburgh.

While the location of these apartments are far from the city center, they were very spacious and allowed us to stretch out for a couple nights. The views are fantastic along the sea and a cool breeze allowed us to sleep with the windows open throughout the night each day. A bottle of complimentary wine was much appreciated as was a well stocked set of kitchen utensils. The negatives we experienced were sticky floors in the main living area and the combination washer/dryer unit that would not dry. This caused us to have to stay up very late on our last night trying to dry our clothes before we could pack up and leave for the rest of our vacation.

The hotel's location was perfect, close to restaurants, shops, and attractions. The staff at check-in were extremely friendly and helpful, making my experience even more enjoyable . I was impressed with how clean and well-maintained the room was, providing a comfortable and relaxing stay. Staff at the front door were exceptional!!

Cheery staff - mostly locals which is nice to see. Beautifully decorated with comfortable surroundings. Our room was spacious with everything we needed. Had a treatment in the Spa which was very relaxing. Good choice at breakfast. Convenient location. Definitely recommend a stay here and would come back again.
