Great hotel, it was easy to take the shuttle bus back-and-forth between the hotel and the airport. We also took an Uber into Narita town to have dinner. The hotel is very modern and pleasant perfect for a transit stop like we had.

The bedding cover was terribly stained. The carpet has an old smell. Staffers were very kind and helpful. Location can be difficult if you push a heavy luggage from train stain to the hotel. There is free shuttle to airport, better with reservation.
