Great location

Very close to Disneyland and Disney Sea, free daily shuttle to the parks or the the JR station Maihama. Also very short walk to family store for snacks and food. It was very well priced and staff were very thoughtful and friendly.

Great Disney hotel stay

The breakfast buffet was very good, reserving the night before saves a few dollars. The rooms were big enough for my family and the location is one of the best for Disney, for not being a Disney hotel. Just a short walk to both parks. Under 0.5 miles.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was nice for our needs. Room was smaller as expected but nice. Foot massager in room was a bonus. Good amenities. Biggest plus was walkable to Tōkyō Disney area and monorail.

Very clean and room has everything you need. Hotel rooms could do with some updating but very clean and comfortable. Staff were always very courteous and helpful. Not very much around the area, including dining options, but close proximity to Disney Sea Disnerland. Hotel offers free shuttle bus to and from the theme parks. Buffet breakfast was delicious with Japanese and Western options.

MyStays Maihama was a wonderful and safe property for my family of 5 to stay. There was ample room and the optional breakfast buffet was delicious and affordable. The shuttle to Ikspiari center with access to Maihama Station and Disneyland was also very convenient. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to visit Tokyo especially Disneyland. Additionally the room was always clean and the beds are comfortable. There is also an included foot massager machine that is very helpful after long days of walking around Disneyland and Tokyo.

This hotel is a great stay if you’re going to Tokyo Disney, it is very close to to Disney Sea and they offer a shuttle to disneyland. My only complaint is the beds, they are SO uncomfortable it was almost enough for us to leave and book a new hotel. Besides the bed however the hotel was a great stay!

Stayed in a triple room with 2 friends to visit Tokyo Disney resort. The room was quite spacious with 3 beds and room to store our luggage. This is a great location for Tokyo Disney resort as able to walk to both parks easily or there is a shuttle bus (limited running times). We walked to the parks but did use shuttle to train station on final morning, bus schedule is provided on check in. Amenities were provided in the room and able to pick up some in the lobby where also had water and coffee machine available. Breakfast was basic but had a range of foods with pastries, bread, yoghurt, cereal and cooked foods (sausages, rice, eggs, potatoes, chicken). Check in and out process was very simple and easy, no issues.

Lovely hotel. Quiet, clean and friendly staff. It is a walk to any food / shopping amenities (15 mins) so not as convenient for daily things. However, close walk to Disney sea and provided shuttle to Disneyland - which was perfect. No notes

It is a few minutes walk from Disney Land and Sea. You don't have to worry about transportation; you can walk. None of the Disney Complex area hotels had the bed / room setup I was looking for.

The purpose of this visit was to experience Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea. Hotel MyStays Maihama worked great for this. There is nothing fancy about this hotel nor surrounding location, but it was nice and it was conveniently located. Tokyo Disneyland and Maihama Station (for visiting Tokyo) were both walkable via the neighboring Disney Ambassador Hotel and Ikspiari shopping mall. Tokyo DisneySea was an even easier, shorter walk a few blocks straight from the hotel entrance. I would stay here again for this purpose.

This is an ok property at an affordable price point. Walkable to Disney Sea but would recommend taking the shuttle to Tokyo Disney Resort. Our first night there, the towels had stains and boogers on them. Sheets had stain too. The property is dated but it’s not too bad. Best part of the room is the foot massage after a day of walking at Disney Parks.

This hotel is ok if you are just going to sleep and go to the park(s). The location is close enough to walk to the Tokyo Disney Sea entrance. But the Disneyland one is a bit further. It’s a 10 min walk to the Disney Ambassador Hotel and Ikspari. The hotel is pretty basic. I couldn’t handle the small space with 3 adults and 2 kids. There wasn’t enough space to fix my luggage. There was a stain on the bedsheet which wasn’t great. The bathroom was clean but definitely needed an upgrade. The breakfast was solid. Make sure to pay the day before for the breakfast for a small discount if you are interested in it. Not sure if I’d stay again but it does the job.

Not that close to TDR

It's about 15 min walk to Disneyland. Coming back to hotel, take the more frequent shuttle to Ambassador hotel, then walk back from there to mystay. It takes about 5 min quick walk Lawson is about 5 min walk. Bkft was served up to 0930. I went for bkft at 0845. And finished slightly after 0930. The lady native was very brash to inform you that bkft finishes at 0930. If u are still there at bkft at 0931, be prepared to be chided. They are very punctual and expect that from us too. The cleaning staff - some speak Chinese. So it was easier for us to communicate in Chinese. For 1st day bkft, we ended up at McDonald's. It's inside the Iskpari (shopping mall next to Maihama MTR). This place is good for budget. For better experience, other hotels may be better. Place is crampy even for the 5 of us. Bathroom door is not locked. There is no lock. Plz remember to inform family members that you are inside. I didn't take the shuttle bus. I walked to Maihama Mrt and Ambassador hotel. Just walked and asked for directions on the first day of stay in Japan. And I did book with bkft option. But somehow when I went there, I was informed my stay didn't have bkft. Anyway you need to pre buy the token for bkft. Cost 1600 for adults 800 for 3-6 years. If you buy during the bkft timing, Charges are 1700/1800 for adults (can't remember exactly) 900 for 3-6 I bought 5 adults on my check in. But it's not worth 1600 yen for my 7 year old child as he doesn't eat much.

Loved our stay here. Very convenient for Disney parks which is why we booked it. DisneySea about 10 minute walk, Disneyland about 20 and train station the same. Lovely check in area and lobby, free coffee machine 24/7, water and usual vending machines plus microwaves for use Staff lovely and loved how the dining area had considered small children with special plates and cups plus little touches such as tiny pots of jelly. Room brilliant, we had a twin ao bit bigger. Very good quality beds which after our last hotel was very welcome. Motel style as you step out of your room door but we also had a view of DisneySea and could watch the fireworks on an evening
