I booked a room with ocean view, however, upon my arrival I was told I had not paid for this. Also, one of the main elevators was not working so we had to take two elevators to get to our room. Food was not all that great and water for the shower was extremely dirty, coming out brown most of the time. Nevertheless, I give the staff a 5 star. They were great.

It was our 4th time visiting this resort and to be honest, we were disappointed with our stay. It just seems like they dont put much effort into the daily activities at the pool and also the nightlife, it seemed..bland in comparison to the previous times that we’ve stayed here. Staff also seemed like they catered way more to members that were wearing the red wristband. I can understand to an extent that they are members but to us folks that are just wanting to book a family vacation through expedia it’s like we came last. The rooms were having trouble keeping a cool temperature and at night it got hot.
