The pool and poolside entertainment are great. There's a good bowling alley on site too.
Only negative is the on site cuisine is insanely and insultingly overpriced for Korea. Fortunately there's a breakfast spot and a few other restaurants right next door. But honestly all the food should be at least 50% of the list price--and it would still be pricey for Jeju.
