「When we booked the home we did so because of the hot tub that is listed as an amenity however when we arrived it was very late and we were very tired and did not check the property out. I mean it was very dark and it's kind of in the woods. The next morning we discovered there was no hot tub. 「Don't book this rental - a few reasons. 1) I never received check-in instructions. When I messaged my host, I got a simple "they were to sent to you" message. Really?? They finally resent the instructions when I asked again. Why did I have to ask twice? 2) Very hard to find. It's a small space at the back of a building. It took me 15 minutes to find it after walking around and getting the host to explain it to me. The rental has an address but the front door had no number. It was in a dark,...

「Stayed with extended family with kids age 5-17. 12 of us total. Great spot close to Jamestown safe harbor marina for boating. Kitchen has everything you need. We all loved the hot tub.
