I would recommend pest control for the site in which i had to kill roaches in hotel room area in various location. Other than that issues the hotel stay was very good.

Very nice place that appears to be ran well. Room was clean and well serviced daily. Food was very good with great variety and available 24/7.

To be quite honest, the staff Toro especially the front desk was horrible There was one individual at Toro, who actually ruined it for us. It was 24 of us there for her birthday and he made it impossible and more difficult than he had to.. the Gym guy Hernan, was really nice and Eduardo from Isla was also very nice. But the concierge staff was extremely lazy and not helpful as well as the people at Toro would not accommodate and actually made things very difficult for our party..

Staff was very courteous and rooms were clean.

Loved to closeness of the ocean and the prompt services of the wait staff at the ocean. Every meal was delicious and the entertainment every night was enjoyable!

Food was amazing. Everything was clean and accommodating. Pools are plentiful really big resort. Everything was spread out and wasnt crowded dinner could be if you didnt make reservations. Download the app and make dinner reservations as soon as you get there. We loved it and will go back

It was our first time in Mexico and we couldn’t have stayed at a better place! We absolutely loved it. All the staff were so kind and remembered us whenever we entered a room. They had our go to drinks down and what table we liked and went the extra mile to make our stay amazing! The food was great and many different options, as well as the Mexican restaurant was our favourite at the hotel. The shows every night are a must as the dancers put on such a great performance and create a fun atmosphere. Our rooms were always spotless when we came back from a day at the beautiful pool and the beach was absolutely gorgeous. Highly recommend!!!
