Exceptional stay – Beautiful property, perfect location, and outstanding service from Airi! We booked Sofitel Singapore City Centre last minute after checking into a different hotel and realizing it wasn’t quite right for our anniversary trip. What a blessing in disguise—this hotel exceeded all expectations and became one of the highlights of our entire journey, which also included KL and Langkawi. The property itself is stunning—modern, elegant, and immaculately maintained. The rooms are spacious, well-designed, and luxuriously comfortable. We especially appreciated the lush bedding, high-end amenities, and floor-to-ceiling windows with city views. Everything feels polished and peaceful, a true urban oasis. The location is unbeatable—right above Tanjong Pagar MRT station, making it incredibly convenient to get anywhere in the city. There are also plenty of great cafes, restaurants, and hawker stalls nearby, and it’s just a short walk or quick ride to Marina Bay, Chinatown, and the CBD. But what truly set this stay apart was the outstanding service, especially from Airi at the front desk. She went above and beyond to make our wedding anniversary special. From warm greetings to thoughtful personal touches, Airi made us feel truly cared for. Her kindness, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality left a lasting impression—we honestly can’t thank her enough. We only stayed two nights, but we wish it had been longer. Amazing stay at Amara. The site was great. Quiet during the day, some areas can be a bit noisy at night but that's expected considering the restaurants nearby. Breakfast was great. All the staff were very friendly but especially MJ. She was very hospitable and lovely to chat to in the mornings.
