Executive lounge over-booked at times and offering a poor quality breakfast.
At check-in, the lobby staff didn't even show us to the lift let alone offer to help with our bags.
For a five star hotel, expected rather better albeit this was a holiday weekend.

Staff friendliness : Amazing
Morning baggage and cab service : all my baggage was already in the car and ready. I was running late for my flight , this helped a lot. Staff is excellent
