The Holiday Inn at Miyazaki is an excellent hotel directly located at the beach. Not only is this your place if you are a surfer but also it is ideally located to do a trip down south along the coast of Kyushu. Our sea side room was spacious and clean. Several good restaurants are in walking distance.

Plenty of parking. The three private onsens are nice in addition to the public ones. Walking distance to Maruo Falls. Stayed here 3 nights and the meals (breakfast + dinners) are sumptous.

I was nervous since I’ve never spent this much on an overnight stay before but everything was perfect. Reception was great and welcoming. The room wa a beautiful and spacious. The food was amazing!! And they brought it to the room (the sever we had was so nice and friendly). Our room had a outdoor bath and it really hit the spot. 10/10 experience I would stay here again and recommend to my friends.

Staffs are excellent. Hotel provides transportation to and from city. Shops are close by. View of Sakurajima is priceless. Onsen is so relaxing after a day out.

Not only is the hotel beautiful, well-equipped, and conveniently located, but the staff is the absolute best! Our room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and we enjoyed a fabulous view of Sakurajima. Highly recommended!
